This position is responsible for corporate application support, development, strategy, standards, and administration for Epicor on a global basis supporting SalesForce.com (SFDC). The Application Systems Analyst will be responsible for SFDC application development and support for the worldwide Sales and Marketing groups.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Serve as key application subject matter expert to Sr. Manager, CRM Applications in the IRMD applications group for Epicor internal application deployments to meet growing business needs
* Manage SFDC application according to governance model
* Work with business units to resolve SFDC user issues and data issues
* Assist with SFDC data imports and maintain integrations to other business applications
* Execute SFDC configuration changes, perform new release evaluations and execute new functionality roll-outs
* Design, build, test and deploy SFDC customizations which may include form layout changes, workflow triggers, workflow alerts, automated email responses, etc.
* Primary contact for application systems development, management, and administration and modeling of business applications
* Liaison to the application vendor for extended problem resolution, license maintenance and support agreements

Qualifications/Requirements:
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field
* Five or more years of experience with SFDC administration and development including Visualforce and Apex
* Three or more years of web development experience with .Net, Java or similar technology
* Experience managing large scale information system and application development and sustainment
* Experience establishing information systems standards and best practices in high availability and scalability environments
* Technical understanding of software development tools, testing methodologies, application and database performance, web services technology, etc.
* Good communication skills to develop a methodology which provides for timely status of application system management and sets expectations with IT Directors on quality and timing of information systems being implemented
* Ability to perform in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
* Effectively interface with key internal customers at all levels (IT, executive level and management level) to set and manage expectations across the organization
* Good verbal and written skills for development of application system architecture and effectively communicate the benefits to IT and business units when necessary

Role Summary/Purpose:

As a member of the RSG Development team, you will be responsible for translating high-level product visions into detailed business requirements. You will work within R&D project teams to deliver high quality products - on time and on budget. Bringing knowledge of retail business practices to the team, you will work with designers, developers and QA testers to ensure the products meet business needs with efficiency and usability.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Capture, validate, prioritize, analyze, verify, and communicate requirements for a cross channel Order Management System
* Understanding of architectural design to support meeting business objectives of the project
* Communicate changes, enhancements and requirements modifications to the team (business and technical)
* Document requirements
* Analyze and recommend improvements to applications and processes
* Participate in design reviews and testing activities
* Provide estimates for work to be completed
* Update project manager with status of project on an ongoing basis
* Drive issue identification and resolution and suggest alternatives
* Adhere to and enforce project and process standards
* Coach and guide other team members
* Conduct peer to peer deliverables review

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent
* Retail business experience (In-Store Customer Facing or Head Office/Supply Chain)
* Understanding of ecommerce sites features and functionality
* Strong troubleshooting skills and technical aptitude
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Fluency in oral and written English
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills to apply both internal and external
* Solid organizational and time management skills
* Be able to multitask by working on different projects at the same time
* Self-managed, positive with great attitude, capable to work off-hours and under pressure at times
* Able to work independently as well as on project teams
