This role is required to improve an ERP product configuration, initially based on the recommendations of an independent review then subsequently in response to customer feedback and ongoing improvement of the ERP product itself.

We are seeking a process-driven person with ERP experience and strong business process automation skills, particularly in complex financial transactions and regulatory reporting, management reporting and key indicator dashboards. Experience in healthcare, aged care or community services industries would be well-regarded but is not essential.

The ideal applicant will possess the following attributes/skills:
- 5+ years experience in a BA, consultant or developer role working with enterprise scale business applications (eg: SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Epicor, SunSystems). Technical skills in product configuration, customisation and tuning.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, IT or equivalent.
- Exposure to SME client organisations and their user issues.
- Exposure to healthcare, aged care or community services industries.
- Understanding of SaaS and service management.
- Understanding of product maintenance and support (experience in a vendor organisation is not essential).
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Independent worker and self starter
- Good breadth of system experience
- Organised and high attention to detail

Qualifications/Requirements:

· Ability to work autonomously with technical products and office applications in particular Microsoft Excel

· Strong reasoning and analysis skills to identify workflow, process or system improvements.

· Self-starter that can maintain attention to detail, and ensure timely, accurate execution of assigned tasks with low levels of direction

· Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency

· Ability to understand and work with a variety of technical environments, communications mediums, and complex systems

· Orientation to customer service

· Ability to manage effectively and efficiently multiple tasks and priorities

· Operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-task work environment with emphasis on logical deduction and completed staff work.

· English, both oral and written required

Role Summary/Purpose:

The Channel Operations Assistant is responsible for working with Epicor business and technology concerns to maximize partner operational business processes. The COA will help achieve channel objectives by assisting in valuable projects that will increase partner lead flow, consolidate historic data for strategic planning, communicate with prospects to help generate revenue, audit data in system for proper tracking and reporting along with other day to day program execution needs.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Executes assigned projects targeted at channel operational improvement objectives.

· Recast historic channel sales data to include industry and product information – establish deeper insight into served markets and whitespace potential

· Create a summer multi-touch webinar event:

­ Event theme

­ Webinar creation including speaker

­ Front-end demand gen content creation

­ Email template tickler communication piece leading up
