About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Recruiter to join our team. Our EMEA and APAC region has grown from a handful to several hundred over the last few years and we have no plans to stop there. The business has continued to grow and be recognised as one of the best places to work. This position will have autonomy and the ability to have a significant impact on our business growth.

We are looking for a recruiter who has experience in either agency or corporate recruiting environments and likes to be creative in the way in which they recruit. We don’t want to take orders and follow that, we want to come up with innovative ways to find the best talent.

The recruiter will support  Corporate, Finance, Marketing, Support, and Technology functions. We need a Recruiter who can act as a ‘Talent Advisor’ and think strategically as well as tactically, we value ‘soft’ skills such as communication and candidate service over years of experience. 


What You’ll Do:

• In this role, you will help us find great candidates & help them envision careers at Epicor across the APAC region

• Partner closely with Leadership & Hiring Managers to understand their teams & their hiring needs.

• In this partnership, you will also work with hiring managers to design end-to-end recruiting strategies for their roles & find creative ways to source great talent including tapping into passive candidates. With a special focus on Social media hiring (LinkedIn and other communities/platforms)

• Build and create an exceptional candidate experience 

• Keep your hiring managers updated on recruiting & hiring performance.

• Lead interview panel with debriefing sessions, a constant push of EVP attributes through the conversations with candidates & accordingly assist in making hiring decisions.

• You build strong relationships through trust with your business partners & are able to influence at all levels with regional hiring strategy and solution
