About the Role:
The Administrative Assistant maintains and coordinates all front desk activities to ensure efficient operations and professional image of Epicor. This position also provides administrative support and facilities management. This is a full time, onsite 5 days/week position. 

What You’ll Do:
Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls
Assisting clients in finding their way around the office
Announcing clients as necessary
Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
Occasional vehicle trips for office errands 
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Booking meeting rooms, typing, filing, organizing and distributing mail
Serve as key point of contact for corporate staff and clients inquiries
Organize conference and meeting room bookings
Coordinate meeting and conference schedules
Serve as key point of contact for corporate staff and clients inquiries
Prepare, review and track invoices and expense reports
Purchase and maintains supplies and material
Department policy and procedure creation and maintenance
Coverage for mail room

What You Need to Succeed:
1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
High school diploma
Positive and energetic attitude! Great communications skills
