The Administrative Assistant maintains and coordinates all front desk activities to ensure efficient operations and professional image of Epicor. This position also provides administrative support and facilities management. This is a full time, onsite 5 days/week position. 

• Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls

• Assisting clients in finding their way around the office

• Announcing clients as necessary

• Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs

• Occasional vehicle trips for office errands 

• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks

• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

• Booking meeting rooms, typing, filing, organizing and distributing mail

• Serve as key point of contact for corporate staff and clients inquiries

• Organize conference and meeting room bookings

• Coordinate meeting and conference schedules

• Serve as key point of contact for corporate staff and clients inquiries

• Prepare, review and track invoices and expense reports

• Purchase and maintains supplies and material

• Department policy and procedure creation and maintenance

• Coverage for mail room

• 1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge

• High school diploma

• Positive and energetic attitude! Great communications skills 

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Active listening skills

• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Self-motivated and diligent

• Excellent customer service
