Application Support Analyst (ERP Software)

Job description, responsibilities, and duties:

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst with support or consultancy experience and possibility to work from home. You will be joining our Support Team serving customers in Nordics and Baltics.
Your primary job function is to provide Application support (to functional questions) via case tracking system, phone & email to customers of our award-winning ERP solutions. We provide the essential training for our products.

Respond to customer cases in a professional manner, providing solutions and advice where appropriate.

• Ensuring Service Quality levels are maintained.
• Ensuring all issues are handled in a timely manner.
• Reviewing outstanding issues, ensuring customers are kept informed of progress.
• Attending relevant Epicor training courses, in-line with our internal certification scheme.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Fluent (written and spoken) in Finnish & Swedish & English
• A background within application support or ERP consultancy (end user or experience working for a software vendor)
• Knowledge/exposure to Accounting practices or Accounting Software or Manufacturing would be beneficial
• Knowledge of Epicor Kinetic/ERP or Epicor iScala would be ideal
