About the Role:
The Application Support Specialist is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing diverse issues, combining strong technical and communication skills and advanced business knowledge. Proactively recommends process improvements. Will be responsible for the support of our Retail Eagle and Propello customers. Possessing Epicor Eagle applications knowledge is preferred.

What You’ll Do:
Responds to situations where standard procedures have failed to isolate or correct system or software failures through customer-centric interpersonal skills and providing product knowledge.
Follows procedures to troubleshoot client-server software application issues that may involve credit card payment terminals, network printers, and Android/IOS devices.
Stays up to date with software updates and/or changes to be able to provide timely and accurate solutions to customers. 
Creates customer facing and internal knowledge documents Specializes in key areas of the software including specific third-party software packages.
 
What You Need to Succeed:
Knowledge of Credit Card/Payment Industry, PCI, or Payment Processing.
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Experience in customer/call center support in a fast-paced environment.
Payment Processing  background and experience helpful.
Familiar with PCI Compliance and Bank deposit reconciliation.
Knowledge of financial, manufacturing, retail, or distribution business processes
Detail Oriented

ERP experience. 
Time Management and Prioritization skills
Strong Problem solving/critical thinking skills 
Varying 8-hour shifts that cover 4am-6pm PST M-F and weekends from 5am–5pm PST.  
Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus
