Senior Benefit Analyst – Bracknell (Hybrid Working)

 

About the role:

We are looking for someone who is well organised, personable, customer centric and action focused.  The Senior Benefits Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance, and providing expert support to enhance the overall benefits package.

This may include:

  • Oversee and administer various benefit plans, such as health, retirement, and wellness programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing benefits offerings and propose improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate benefits administration and compliance.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide support related to benefits packages.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and regulatory changes to enhance benefits offerings.

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong interpersonal and engagement skills and enjoy networking.
  • Self-starter with high emotional intelligence.
  • Takes initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and makes continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to operate in a matrix organization.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail. Maintains confidentiality.
  • In-depth knowledge of benefits administration and relevant regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in benefits processing.
  • Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.

Qualification:

  • 4 - 5 years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
