Description & Requirements

The Job:

 The Business Intelligence Consultant will work with customers who have purchased our Managed Services plan alongside our Business Intelligence tool, Grow. They are the customers' dedicated resource to specialize in all things Grow and provide white glove service while maintaining and assisting in implementing the software throughout the customer's company.

 What You will be doing:

 •Prep customer data and create dashboards and metrics that align with their business goals and needs

 •Provide recommendations and best practices to help customers get the most out of both their data, and Grow

 •Teach them BI and Data Best Practices to ensure long-term success with our product

 •Ad-hoc projects for existing customers who purchase professional service hours

 •Managing customer relationships and expectations by helping them resolve issues, answering questions and concerns, training them on new products and features, and helping clients continually improve the value they get from their data, etc.

 •Supporting customers by building new data connections and metrics, assisting with advanced troubleshooting, and delivering exceptional customer service

 What you will likely bring:

 •A deep desire to help people, especially our customers, as they utilize BI (sometimes for the first time!)

 •Hungry attitude and drive to make an impact with both customers and internal colleagues

 •Confidence to make recommendations to customers

 •Gritty work ethic to do whatever it takes to get the job done

 •Ability to manage and prioritize your time and efforts for maximum efficiency

 •Ability to think analytically, and to evaluate and solve complex and unique customer problems

 •Ability to learn new technologies: Grow, SQL, Salesforce, Shopify, Slack, etc.

 •Attention to detail—you may be working on different types of projects, problems, and requests for different customers at once

 •Advanced oral and written English level 


 •3+ years applicable experience with BI visualization tools/data analysis and/or demonstrated success/knowledge

 •2+ years consulting experience preferred                                                                                                                                    

 •Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)                                                                                

 •Deep knowledge of BI best practices

 •Experience working with English speaking customers in a technical setting

 •Previous customer support or customer service experience

 •Previous experience working in the tech/SaaS industries

 •Self-starter who loves to dig into a problem and really owns finding solutions for their customers

 •Marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.)
