About the Business Operations Team:  
The Business Operations Team falls under the Finance umbrella at Epicor. Their primary responsibility is to lead successful implementation of the global strategy and vision to support Epicor to ensure effective execution and goal alignment.

About the Role:
A successful intern candidate will have completed their college degree coursework, no more than 2 years post-graduation. The candidate will be driven and optimistic, while also eager to learn and develop their professional skillsets. The graduates will join a 9-month cohort program which will be made up of 3, 3-month rotations within the function that they are hired in. They will work on specific individual and team projects, as well as participate in networking opportunities and structured leadership and professional development projects. 


About the Business Operations Rotations:   
Graduates selected to fulfill the Business Operations Rotational Graduate role will be assigned to the most appropriate rotational track for their 9-month program. Possible areas of work could include:
  • Supply Chain
  • Contract Management
  • Purchasing / Procurement

Qualifications:
Interested applicants should meet the following criteria:
Recent college graduate or no more than 2 years post-graduation from a college program. Ability to relocate near Epicor’s Austin, Texas office and work in a hybrid work environment to align with the business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Epicor ERP Software
  • Power BI knowledge
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Customer centric, self-starter, able to work both independently and in a team setting
  • Analytical, results-driven, and have a solution-oriented approach
  • Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills, including virtual presentations
  • Strong organizational, project management and time management skills
  • Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and/or manufacturing accounting concepts
  • Understanding and ability to interpret contractual agreements
  • Understanding of recurring billing process in a software environment
  • Moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
