About the Role:

The CSG Software Analyst conducts in depth customer technical analysis, by capturing, analyzing, and gaining a detailed understanding of the requirements, in order to direct the designing of bespoke and generic fit for purpose solutions. Outside of the primary design role, responsibilities include estimating, project management of custom elements within a project, simple developments, diagnosing, triaging and resolution of issues within Solutions. Primarily office/remote based with limited travel required for some projects, the Software Analyst will have either a functional consulting background and some relevant technical skills or a development background with significant design experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provides estimates and project management CSG elements within a project.
  • Diagnosis and resolution of issues.
  • Assists with design and development of tool-based solutions.
  • Prioritizes urgencies and find solutions.
  • Defines requirements and document (design) implementation approach.
  • Configures, documents, and tests software.
  • Builds trusted relationships with our customers to be able to have a deep understanding of the customers’ needs.
  • Acts as primary technical point of contact for clients and other project team members.
  • Monitors and facilitates the customer’s adoption of product solutions and functionality.
  • Serves as key advocate of the customer by owning and driving resolution on escalated customer issues, working with Solution Engineers and other functional leaders.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Development background with design experience
  • Possess functional consulting experience
  • Relevant technical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong relationship with customers and participate in discussions with business and technical leaders.
  • Customer centric, results oriented, self-starter and able to work independently.
  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills, including virtual presentations.
  • Strong organizational, project management and time management skills.
  • Primarily office/remote based.
  • Limited travel required for select projects.
