Job Description:

The Associate Support and QA (ASQ) consultant works to improve service levels within the Solutions Group. Working closely with other Solutions Group team members, the ASQ will be responsible for the testing, support and deployment of software developed by the Solutions Group. The ASQ will also be involved in the evolution and support of the Solution Group’s ongoing DevOps strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Testing of solutions to ensure they adhere to the design or other reference material related to the development
• Installation of solutions within customer environments
• Support of solutions, including but not limited to, the triaging of issues to confirm they belong to the Solution Group, ensuring sufficient information is provided to allow replication, helping to close cases and adding new cases to the backlog in Jira
• As needed, work with other team members to maintain and help evolve the DevOps solution

Experience Required:

• Installing and troubleshooting applications
• Technical & functional support experience
• Exposure to programming languages and relational databases
Skills Required
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English)
• Analysis and problem solving skills

Nice To Have:

• ERP application experience (in-house ERP or Vendor / Partner)
• Knowledge of MS SQL
• Experience with Jira
• Experience with ServiceNow (EpicCare)
• An appreciation of bespoke development
• Exposure to automated testing
• Development background

About the candidate:

You will be a support analyst, an associate consultant with exposure to some implementation projects, currently work in a QA role or be a graduate with a relevant technical degree.
