Channel Marketing Consultant – EMEA

About the Role:

The Channel Marketing Consultant, EMEA is responsible for refining and executing the Epicor channel marketing strategy across UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India.  Working closely with the RVP, local sales teams, and partners to drive business growth across the channel community. You will work with partners to help define their annual and quarterly marketing plans for Epicor and ensure successful execution and reporting of all marketing activity.  You will also oversee the effective application of Marketing Co-Funding for the region, tracking and reporting on ROI.

Reporting to the Senior Channel Marketing Manager – International, you will be the marketing voice for EMEA partners ensuring that their needs are heard and represented in the larger Channel marketing organisation.  As a team you will align local channel marketing activity with overall business goals and support the larger channel partner strategy and International go-to-market strategy.

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for the execution of the channel marketing strategy in EMEA
  • Own the 1:1 marketing relationship for key partners and help to develop ‘through partner’ marketing plans to meet the revenue expectations defined in business plans
  • Develop partner marketing campaigns, making them available in the partner marketing systems and track adoption and results
  • Work closely with the local field marketing teams to leverage Epicor messaging and amplify through the partner eco-system in region
  • Manage, track and report on Marketing Co-Funding (MDF) and associated ROI
  • Report on regional channel marketing performance against agreed metrics
  • Contribute to the annual partner conference
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to launch products to and through the partner community
  • Onboard new partners so they are familiar with the benefits of Epicor channel marketing program and related tools
  • Increase engagement with Epicor Partner Hub and contribute to the overall partner experience
  • Manage channel marketing communications across all international partner community

What You Will Need To Succeed: 

·         Experience of working in a similar Channel Marketing role

·         Experience in running events and building marketing campaigns

·         Hands on B2B Marketing experience

·         Experience of working collaboratively with sales teams

·         3-5 years of Marketing experience, ideally campaign marketing

·         Must be able to travel up to 25% - 30%
