About the Role:

As a Senior Channel Manager with Epicor you be responsible for increasing revenue by developing a world class software sales channel. This key position will report directly to our Regional Vice President, ANZ.

What You’ll Do:

·         Manage the existing Epicor Value Added Reseller (VAR) partner relationships at the executive, sales, marketing and operational levels.

·         Liaise with other departments to source potential new VARs.

·         Profile and select such partners to ensure the selection criteria is met and maintained.

·         Successfully conclude the signing of partners.

·         Work closely with Channel Enablement and resources such as ‘Epicor University’.

·         Negotiate margin, training and contracts with partners, work to create and review quarterly business plans.

·         Manage the ongoing relationship with partners to ensure revenue targets are met.

·         Be able to position Epicor solutions to prospects.

·         Conduct presentations at Board level.

·         Drive the partner forecasting and pipeline management discipline.

·         Work closely with the Epicor direct sales team to ensure collaborative and trusted relationships are built and maintained with the VAR partners.

·         Work closely with the broader Epicor team to ensure alignment with partner and Epicor business objectives.

·         Assist in the conclusion of end user sales with or without partners.

·         Meet annual revenue quota as defined in the annual sales commission plan.

What you need to succeed:

·       8+ years’ experience of growing a channel sales network within Enterprise Software, ideally with ERP vendors such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Infor, NetSuite, Pronto, Sage, QAD or IFS.

·        Evidence of over achievement within sales.

·        Evidence of entrepreneurial ability and a passion for excellence.

·         Strong verbal communication, presentation and project management skills.

·         Experience in manufacturing, wholesale distribution or aged care industry would be an advantage.
