About the Role:
This role is responsible for developing, executing and project managing the social media strategy for the Epicor global brand. As part of the global Corporate Communications team, you will be a key partner in elevating the Epicor brand with the company’s stakeholders including customers, prospects, partners, employees, media, industry analysts, and influencers. An experienced social media strategist with confidence in planning content, copywriting and embodying the voice of the brand to moderate and grow a social media community will thrive in this role.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Creates and executes global brand social media campaigns
• Proposes and manages brand content for social media channels
• Proactively recommends strategies for social media optimization
• Stays abreast of social media best practices and uses social listening to understand and take advantage of relevant trends
• Plans and distributes monthly content calendar for brand handles
• Moderates comments across all brand feeds
• Defines KPIs for specific social media campaigns and channels
• Collaborates cross-functionally to manage social media channels with focus and agility, depending on the needs of the business
Skills
• 4+ years of experience in social media marketing for global brands
• Strong storytelling and an editorial mindset
• Professional and consistent ability to engage and interact with online stakeholders through the Epicor brand voice
• Experience building social media communities around a brand
• Understand issues/crisis management best practices and how social media relates to brand
