A Customer Account Manager is required to work from Sydney office to take care the installed bases in Australia & New Zealand region

The role:

A Customer Account Manager with a professional outlook, able to work effectively under pressure and with enthusiasm, determination, stamina, resilience and patience.  This person will have a minimum of 5 years of experience within a dynamic sales and marketing team

You will be joining a passionate and professional sales organisation, determined to drive our customers desired outcomes and over-achieve on sales targets

You will possess a talent for building long-term and sustainable customer relationships that go beyond the typical client/vendor relationship into a true partnership and collaboration with our valued long term customer base

With a mix of direct and partner led customers, you will be customer focused, adaptable, and passionate about driving the sales in your assigned territory

What you will do:

  • Managing the customer base through professional account management,
  • Consistently meeting quarterly revenue sales targets,
  • Forecasting product requirements and business potential as accurately as possible,
  • Maximizing customer penetration and satisfaction,
  • Developing strong relationships with direct and channel customers and named key accounts,
  • Implementing sales strategy and various sales promotions for existing customer bases.
  • Deliver buy-in demo to existing customer for add-ons/modules selling.

What you will need to succeed:

  • An accomplished track record of selling multi-level to business, technical and IT people,
  • Minimum 5 years of Business application sales experience, e.g. ERP, Supply Chain, eBusiness, BI and CRM,
  • ERP software sales experience
  • Account Management experience
  • Background of Manufacturing and Finance markets.
  • Excellent understanding of commercial business processes,
  • Excellent understanding and ability in following a structured sales process,
  • Awareness of current trends in IT, specifically in the ERP arena,
  • 30% traveling is required.
  • Good English is required.
