About the Role:

As a member of the Advanced Analytics Team, you will be responsible for many of the administrative tasks that help the team operating smoothly. Some examples of these tasks may include tracking data, shipping and receiving physical customer orders, maintaining reporting, tracking catalog subscribers, and other data content related activities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Receiving/logging orders and maintaining customer files. Ensuring order are filled out correctly and completely
  • Requesting data as needed from data suppliers
  • Maintaining relationships with supplier
  • Processing received data and validating data is processed correctly
  • Maintaining supply of documentation that are used in shipping
  • Ship products to customer
  • Handling backup of archived data
  • Other tasks as required.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 1/+ Year of Office Administrative Work
  • Familiarity with core Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to Lift 25lbs
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers via phone or email
  • Ability to adjust and prioritize tasks throughout the dat
  • Comfortable working in the office 5 days per week

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

·         Having used Microsoft Access, or another form of database software
