About the Role:

The IT Support Analyst assists provides support in the monitoring, troubleshooting, support and solutions of various operating systems, network, storage, databases, utilities, system tools and the hardware on which they reside.

What You’ll Do:

  • Upgrade, install and troubleshoot the network, personal computers, printers, software, mobile and VOIP devices.
  • Provide case status updates to management and end-users.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Ability to complete and maintain basic work and project records.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to identify and seek needed information/research skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred on any IT related career.
