About the Role:

The Development Operation support for Linux, Windows, k8s, and docker for automotive production at the the data center that applies technical knowledge to assist internal users.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to normal client calls (local or remote) fed primarily from work queues in a ticketing system and uses troubleshooting skills to resolve problem tickets.
  • Maintain internal service level agreements and monitors ticket queues.
  • Screen, refer and diagnose internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of personal computers and related systems.
  • Handle basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Use pre-existing solutions to client issues.

What You Need to Succeed:

Good written and oral communication skills in English.

Troubleshooting skills.

Ability to identify and seek needed information/research skills.

3-5 years’ experience in linux/windows server roles

Experience VMWare and Database Administration
