The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Analyst to own North Asia (NASIA) Epicor markets (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan). You will be assisting in the creation and delivery of a digital marketing strategy and campaigns supporting Epicor’s APAC field marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, Asia Pacific, the key responsibilities for this Digital Marketing Analyst role will be

 What you’ll do:

  • Own North Asia digital marketing programs: SEO/SEM campaigns optimisations, paid search and paid media tactics and optimisations, drive strategy and execution of campaigns on social media platforms, marketing technology platforms, digital analytics, website ownership
  • Represent North Asia Digital Marketing and work closely with central corporate marketing team in driving and executing digital campaigns for the region
  • Work closely and align with digital agency working closely on NASIA markets to ensure success, provide suggestions and optimisations to meet targets for the region and set up for growth
  • Represent NASIA Digital Marketing Shared Services and work with regional field marketing managers to align with running and planned marketing campaigns/message and focus. Apply best practices to programs running across digital media platforms, such as Google PPC, GDN, LinkedIn, Facebook. Solid knowledge and experience with Baidu, WeChat, Weibo.
  • Managing the email marketing database; cleaning and clearing database of hard and soft bounces and all unsubscribe requests and processes to ensure compliance with APAC local governance. Include maintaining the email marketing campaigns calendar across the region.
  • Work with central marketing team and digital vendors to execute paid search campaigns in Adwords, Linkedin, Baidu, Weibo and other platforms including ad creation, keyword selection, and campaign settings, and adjusting this over time to optimize ad spend and conversation rates.
  • Creating and testing marketing landing pages and forms to capture and pass along qualified leads and iterating on this over time to constantly improve conversion rates.
  • Aligning closely and collaborating with central web team at Epicor to improve regional sites UX with goal of increasing traffic, inbound leads, and generally responsible for managing of content and relevant information for NASIA markets.  
  • Create engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up to date on latest marketing technologies and social media.
  • Gathering and interpreting digital metrics, analysing market intelligence data and trends, reporting, and presenting recommendations to APAC field marketing team.

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Strong communicator and project management skills that clearly outline actionable insights.
  • Result-oriented: Use and understand key metrics to drive decisions.
  • Eye for detail: Provide accurate interpretation and consistent reporting out of data.
  • Team player: Must be able to work cross-functionally in a very diverse environment.
  • Process and results oriented: you will work with aggressive digital marketing campaign schedules amongst a diverse market with multiple functional team’s support.

  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measures of success

 Skills that will set you apart:

  • Successful track record of implementing digital campaigns and projects to support lead generation objectives in a multi-matrix APAC environment
  • APAC B2B (business-to-business), high-tech vendor, or digital agency experiences preferred.
  • Must have hands-on experience with email marketing tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar. Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM.
  • Must have hands-on experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics e.g.)
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin / Cantonese
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
