Field Marketing Analyst - Bracknell (Hybrid Working)

About the role:

The Field Marketing Analyst is responsible for the planning and implementation of air-cover and ground cover campaigns. Flawlessly executes demand generation campaigns, understands the target buyer persona and what matters to them, understands the selling motion and participates with the sales team as appropriate in deals. Delivers a sales & marketing message that resonates and drives action with the target market.

What you’ll Do:

  • Owns and implements omni channel campaigns, execution and optimization.
  • Interacts directly with product managers to identify new marketing opportunities, prepares regular marketing activity reports and responds to questions from the sales organization.
  • Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects,estimating cost and managing projects to completion.
  • Plan, prepare, execute and measure ROI-oriented marketing activities and programs with moderate supervision.
  • Designs and implements marketing lead generation programs, tools, and guidelines to be used by the direct and indirect sales team.
  • Participates at Trade Shows allowing businesses to go beyond traditional marketing and connects directly with customers and prospects.
  • Provide necessary reporting and measurement to determine the effectiveness of programs.
  • Work with manager/procurement to negotiate contracts and arrangements with outside vendors supplying services or materials in support of marketing programs

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Strong writing/proofreading skills and positive, high-energy, team-focused attitude are must
  • Self-starter who knows when to pull the right people into a project, proven collaboration experience
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and project management skills
  • Demonstrated passion and proven ability to learn technology quickly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  •  Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Skills That Will Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience working with external agencies.
  • Experience of using Salesforce as a tool.
  • 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
