About the Role:

The Sr Principal, Demand Generation implements and manages marketing programs (events, online communities and thought leadership, engagement with associations) geared toward generating new prospective customers and nurturing existing customers.

What You’ll Do:

·         Establishes strategic field marketing direction and marketing programs for Epicor manufacturing solutions. This strategy is developed in conjunction with Product Development, Product Marketing and Corporate Marketing.

·         Provides critical industry, and technical expertise during campaign planning.

·         Guides and partners with sales and marketing leadership to align team objectives and activities with company goals.

·         Plans, prepares, executes, and measures ROI-oriented marketing activities and programs while working within the broader Epicor brand guidelines and corporate processes.

·         Oversees the design and implementation of marketing lead generation programs, tools, and guidelines to be used by business development teams and direct sales teams.

·         Collaborates with colleagues to develop communications, web presence, events, thought leadership, sales support materials, social media, and other efforts that align with sales and business goals. Creates consistent communication with sales mid and senior-level leadership to promote awareness of programs, provide activity updates, and solicit feedback.

·         Manages contracts and arrangements with outside vendors supplying services or materials in support of marketing programs.

What You Need to Succeed:

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills

·         Strong creative experience and judgment

·         Strong analytical and solution-oriented skills

·         Experience in leading campaigns across stakeholders

·         Experience with online marketing

·         Ability to lead a team toward defined short and long-term goals

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

·         10+ years of progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge

·         5+ years managing and developing employees

·         4+ years of specialized/industry experience
