Field Marketing Principal/Manager, Industry Marketing 


The Field Marketing Manager implements and manages marketing programs (events, lead gen, online communities, engagement with associations and thought leadership) geared toward generating new prospective customers and nurturing existing customers. 


Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Establishes strategic field marketing direction for key marketing events and programs for Epicor standalone business lines. This strategy is developed in conjunction with Product Development, Product Marketing and Corporate Marketing. Provides critical industry, technical expertise during planning. 

  • Guides and partners with sales and marketing leadership to align team objectives and activities with company goals.   

  • Plans, prepares, executes and measures ROI-oriented marketing activities and programs while working within the broader Epicor brand guidelines and corporate processes. 

  • Oversees the design, creation and implementation of valuable and interactive content for lead generation programs and to be used by business development teams and direct sales team. 

  • Collaborates with colleagues to develop communications, web presence, thought leadership, sales support materials, social media and other efforts that align with sales and business goals. Creates consistent communication with sales mid and senior level leadership to promote awareness of programs, provide activity updates, and solicit feedback. 

  • Manages contracts and arrangements with outside vendors supplying services or materials in support of marketing programs.  

  • Provide reporting and analysis against KPIs and the annual operating plan.

  • 5+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge  

  • 4+ years of specialized/industry experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • Travelminimal travel required
