About the Role:
The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial analysis reports and conducting ongoing analytical projects to achieve operational and strategic objectives to the different functions of the organizations.

What You’ll Do:
Support the finance controllers in preparing and analyzing various revenue and expense reports for the SaaS business, Software and Global Support, Hardware, and Installation businesses. 
Participate in the monthly close process, including reviewing actuals vs. forecast, reconciling expenses, communicating explanations of variances and preparing journal entries.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages.
Conduct the monthly forecast and the AOP/Annual Operating Plan.
Provide financial analysis to management to help make informed business decisions.
Take responsibility for assigned areas of tasks and follow through.
Other ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested.
Working with partners of the Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting, Collections, Strategic Operations, and Business Solutions teams to develop process improvements

What You Need to Succeed:
Ability to work with a large quantity of data
Ability to analyze, interpret, and report key financial metrics and trends.
Ability to work and communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Must be detailed oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Must be highly skilled in using Excel. Experience with Essbase and Anaplan is preferred.
Ability to learn financial/accounting software applications to query data and report financials.
Ability to take initiative, produce quality work, and meet tight deadlines.

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart: 
2+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
