What You’ll Do:
Responsible for all global compensation incentive activities linked to the Incentive Plans for Sales, Business Development, Professional Services, Maintenance Renewal, HW Services/Support, and Credit and Collections including eligibility, roster maintenance, sales incentive template creation, plan issuance, and problem resolution.
Strong communication skills will come into play when presenting to senior leadership and enthusiastic initiative will propel programs that have direct impact on the Sales/Professional Services (PS) teams across the organization.
Assist Sr. Director of Finance and work closely with Sales/PS Management, Finance and HR to drive design, development, implementation, and communication of sales compensation design programs including review and modification of various Incentive Plan Terms and Conditions. 
The work will emphasize thought leadership, market trends, analysis and modeling, support of senior management. 
Conduct analysis and statistical modeling related to improving Sales/PS plans.
Perform system re-configuration activities to ensure that the Sales Fiscal Comp Plans are implemented successfully in Anaplan. 
Look for ways to optimize our Sales incentive comp plans and perform the system health check. 
Create and deliver training communication to all sales/PS groups, internal teams, and customer groups.
Provide required support for the design and implementation of Sales/PS compensation plans, working with the sales/PS and business leadership to update, modify and redesign compensation programs on an on-going basis to drive achievement of Sales.PS and revenue targets.
Perform commission calculation activities for the Americas Professional Services Team on a quarterly basis.

What You Need to Succeed:
BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
7-10 years business experience, with proven expertise working within a sales finance/Operations/compensation role. 
In-depth knowledge of business processes in Sales Compensation area and plan design principles.
Advanced Excel skills and proven financial systems and business application skills 
Candidates must be self-starters who 1) thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic. environment, 2) can quickly understand and effectively communicate complex compensation, financial and business issues, and 3) will have an impact on day-one.
Must be highly adept in critical/conceptual thinking skills.
Superior analytical, problem solving and influence skills, along with deep technical expertise in plan design, in order to deliver across a complex global organization.
