Senior HRBP – Bracknell (Hybrid Working)
About the role:
We are looking for someone who is well organised, personable, customer centric and action focused. Someone with solid HR and ER experience who can balances employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions, and acts as an employee champion and change agent.
What You’ll Do:
The role requires an effective business partner who can develop strong relationships and balance the day-to-day operational requirements of the business with managing key HR projects and programmes. It requires someone to proactively initiative value add strategic activities working closely with the HRD EMEA, to help drive the business agenda forward.
This may include:
- Work collaboratively with HR Ops and the broader HR team, to ensure consistent and high standards of service delivery
- Counsel with management, establishing an evidence-based practice into the supported function.
- Keep abreast of trends in labour pool to assess and anticipate human resources related needs.
- Drive workforce planning and restructuring initiatives.
- Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with business leaders and collaborate with colleagues in human resources to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Develop and implement innovative talent development strategies
- Lead the execution and communication of HR programs focused on driving employee engagement.
- Use data to develop insights and make recommendations for relevant HR programme solutions and initiatives
- Develop and drive D&I initiatives to help enable an inclusive and collaborative culture
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Provide expertise and knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance; partner with legal department as needed.
What You’ll Need:
- Strong interpersonal and engagement skills and enjoy networking.
- In depth understanding of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation, organizational analysis and development, employee relations, talent management engagement, staffing and country and local employment laws. Some experience of D&I and wellbeing would be advantageous.
- Self-starter with high emotional intelligence.
- Takes initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and makes continuous improvement recommendations.
- Mentorship and strong presentation skills using - power point.
- Strong excel skills to include running reports and analysing data to develop HR insight
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to operate in a matrix organization
