Role Summary/Purpose: 
As a member of the Epicor’s enterprise business applications team, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining company systems and applications by participating in all phases of the development process. The IT Developer, Sr works with other areas of the business to provide recommendations and mentors other team members.

What you will do: 
• Triages issues between different areas of the organization. 
• Writes, refactors, and tests new and existing applications/framework components. 
• Actively participates in designing and reviewing core functionality. 
• Designs and delivers formal or informal training, mentorship, and supports other IT Developers. 
• Develops, analyzes, and maintains tools that support and automate processes for hardware or software. 
• Looks to constantly improve coding standards and provides recommendations. 
• Creates and provide project plan estimates. 
• Proactively delivers work on time with good quality. 
• May participate in recruiting and hiring processes. 
• Manages tickets and supports end users. 
• Leads small to medium work projects. 

What you need to succeed: 
• 3+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge. 
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering (or appropriate computer science related certificate) OR MCA 
• 5+ years of experience as a software/product developer development 
• Hands on experience in ERP custom development (preferably Epicor ERP) with ICE framework 
• C#, SQL, T-SQL 
• Experience in business process management (BPM), Functions, business activity query (BAQ) 
• Strong analytical and written and oral communication skills 
• Well organized, strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
