Description & Requirements

The Job:

This position is responsible for corporate application support, development, strategy, standards, and administration for Epicor on a global basis supporting (SFDC).  The Salesforce Developer techno-functional resource will be responsible for SFDC application development and support for the worldwide Marketing, Sales, & Operations business organizations.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage Salesforce applications according to our SF governance model
  • Work with various business units to resolve SFDC application and data issues
  • Assist with SF data imports and maintain integrations to other business applications
  • Execute SF configuration changes, perform new release evaluations and execute new functionality roll-outs
  • Design, build, test and deploy SF customizations which may include Page Layout changes, Apex Triggers, Apex classes, Workflows, Flows, Process
  • Builder, Formula Fields, Security, Visualforce pages and components, SOQL, as SOSL, automated email responses
  • Primary contact for application systems development, support, administration, and business requirement modeling

You bring (most) of this!:

  • BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Salesforce Developer Certification(s) desired
  • 2+ years of thorough understanding of SFDC governor limits, best practice guidelines and Salesforce administration
  • Experience in completion of several Salesforce integration and extension projects in development and lead technical roles.
  • Experience in designing and developing integrations from to upstream and downstream applications using API(s) and web services
  • 2+ years of development experience in using Visualforce pages, Lightning components, Apex classes, and Apex Triggers, Process and Flow Builder, SOQL, SOSL
  • Experience with Web Services APIs including SOAP and REST-based Web Service APIs, the Bulk API, and the Metadata API
  • Experience in writing unit test preferred
