IT Security Analyst

The IT Security Analyst in monitoring, reviewing, evaluating and testing procedures, systems, and security measures for Epicor systems and products.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assists with monitoring analysis of security technology
  • Monitor, identify, and remediate security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities across networks, systems, and applications.
  • Proactively protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information stored & processed by and/or in the custody of Epicor Software.

  • Assist in the maintenance of technical documentation to support the design, evaluation, selection, installation, and maintenance of security systems.

  • Monitor and maintain document technical security standards to comply with policies and best practices.

  • Conduct technical evaluations of IT systems for compliance with security policies, standards and best practices.

What You Will Likely Bring:

  • Knowledge of IT Security and Compliance fundamentals fundamentals.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to complete tasks on deadlines.
  • Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to learn by asking questions
  • Knowledge of the IT security industry & best practices
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills

What Could Set You Apart:

  • 3+ years of Security Operations, Incident Response, Threat Hunting
  • Security+ certification is required, CISSP certification is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
