About the Role:
The IT Support Analyst, Sr assists, monitors, and provides support to client requests, implements solutions, analyzes issues and provides recommendations for improvements, as well as provide mentorship to IT Support team members.

What You’ll Do:
Provides technical support for servers, including database, e-mail, printers, computers, laptops
and tablets and their associated hardware, operating systems, applications and software.
Document network design, system builds, and procedures.
May be involved in customer installation and training.
Develops, documents, and implements standard operating procedures and customer service
guidelines relating to IT Support.
Assists with testing of new release of software and applications, vendor modifications, upgrades
and patches.
Recommend improvements or upgrades to the IT related systems and infrastructure.
Assist with training new team members.
Responsible for accountability and maintaining hardware inventory, quarterly PC refresh, new
hardware deploys, break/fix, and recovery.
Uses analytical skills to resolve non-routine issues.

What You’ll Need:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build collaborative relationships.
Mentorship skills.

Qualifications:
5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
2+ years of specialized/industry experience.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
