Description & Requirements

The instructional designer will work collaboratively with Internal leadership as well as client stakeholder to manage the Design, Creation, and delivery of Comprehensive Impactful learning experience.

                              Duties & Responsibilities

Design and develop online courses, instructor-led courses, facilitator manuals, and job aids. Develop collaborative and consultative relationships with subject matter experts, both internal and external.

Create design documents and storyboards to communicate instructional development plans to program managers, instructional developers, and subject matter experts.

Write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts and video scripts. Establish and adhere to milestones contained within courseware project plans.

Interface with vendors and contractors to procure graphics, illustrations, translations, and narrations.

Incorporate effective assessment measures as needed.

Ensure proper documentation and cataloging of course library and related assets. Create reports and dashboards for ongoing tracking of course completion rates.

Communicate with external vendors and internal business stakeholders.

            Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Proficient with Articulate 360 and PhotoShop.

Solid understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles. Strong analytical, interviewing, research, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to works well under deadlines, self-starter, innovative.

            Qualifications

3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
