Facilities Manager EMEA - Bracknell 

The EMEA Facilities Manager oversees the team responsible for ensuring that the workplace meets the needs of employees by managing all services required for facilities and the wider Epicor Business. This position supports the organization by providing the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities, whilst ensuring compliance with all building and environmental regulations.

This role reports directly to the Global Director of Facilities.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provides strategic planning and oversight of day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to buildings and premises.
  • Manages and develops administrative support and Facilities employees.
  • Responsibilities include (but are not limited to), building / office maintenance, cleaning, security, health and safety, procurement and contract management, commercial negation, vendor development, space management, utilities and infrastructure, environmental impact and compliance.
  • Operational and Capital budgeting.
  • Project and construction management for office remodels and upgrades up to 2.5 million dollars.
  • Infrastructure management for critical infrastructure supporting Epicor data rooms.
  • Emergency response and risk mitigation for the company, including disaster recovery and alternate operating procedures.
  • Vendor and facility management across EMEA countries while maintaining offices in compliance with local jurisdictions.
  • Create and document departmental policy and procedures and process improvement.
  • Assist facility integration with mergers and acquisitions.
  • Physical security and video surveillance for all offices under your responsibility.
  • Space and capacity planning and test fit analysis supporting real estate decision making

Qualification

  • 8+ years progressive facilities management experience
  • 3+ years managing and developing employees
  • Experience of implementing best practice
  • IOSH or NEBOSH Fire / Managing Safety
  • Appropriate FM or Building Services qualification (C&G, NVQ as a minimum)
