About the Role:
Responsible for directing the coordination and management support activities for hardware installation, software upgrades, and strategic projects.  Ensures adequate records and systems are maintained.  Schedules staff to respond to customer needs and internal projects. Maintains communication with other functional managers in identifying and escalating problems that may arise during installations and upgrades.  

What You’ll Do:
Monitors and maintains revenue trends and operating expenses within assigned area.
Generate revenue from selling added value services
Coordinates installations and integrates with other Support Services staff as appropriate.
Manage divisional projects at a national level.  
Coordinates with managers within other areas of the Company to improve customer satisfaction and Division performance.
Ensuring that call SLA’s are met.
Ensures Representatives are properly trained when legacy products are upgraded or new products are released to ensure installs and upgrades are successful.
Interviews candidates and evaluates technical ability’s, communication skills, and motivational fit.
Tracks and reports compensation information for Hardware Installation Operations.
What You Need to Succeed:
Requires 3-5 years’ experience in managing or directing a field customer facing organization
Requires previous experience in driving incremental revenue from sales of added value services
Requires good oral and written communication skills to work effectively with others both inside and outside departmental boundaries, at remote locations and/or outside the company.  
Job requires initiative and the ability to influence events, rather than passively accepting them, in order to achieve departmental goals.
Requires the ability to exercise judgment which results with actions that are based on logical assumptions and factual information and that take into consideration resources, constraints, and organizational values to make appropriate decisions.
Must have the ability to lead individuals and groups, effectively utilize available resources, and delegate work effectively to achieve department objectives.  
Ability to analyze group performance in order to maximize efficiency in work processes.
Previous experience in driving and managing national level projects  
Previous experience in building and calculating an annual budget.
