About the role:

The Manager, Maintenance Renewal manages a team with responsibility of the strategy and tactics to maintain a successful renewal business. Manages the team’s preparation, negotiation, acceptance booking and management of maintenance renewal quotes and contracts.

What you will do:

  • Administers the renewal representatives’ incentive plan.
  • Responsible for the team’s achieved quota for renewals and upsell opportunities. Prioritises and allocates resources.
  • Analyse customers’ feedback data to determine renewal strategies.
  • Identifies customers that need focus in order to recommend corrective or future actions.
  • Trains, mentors, coaches and supervises the renewal sales representatives’ team.
  • Brings thorough knowledge of the products and services.
  • Responsible for market development, setting targets and ensuring revenue is generated.
  • Develops strong relationship with key customers.

What You Need To Succeed:

  • Strong negotiation and sales skills with superior objection handling skills
  • Experience managing customer accounts and delivering a best in class customer experience.
  • High proficiency on CRM tools.
  • Ability to design and communicate value proposition for customers.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to navigate and leverage analytics to make decisions.
  • Must be fluent in English both written and spoken is essential, bilingual of Mandarin / Cantonese is a plus.
  • Experience in handling customer relations, sales, working with partners and or Basic Financial Accounts and or Invoice Collections is preferred
  • Experience of working in a busy process driven environment
