About the Role:

The Professional Services Operations Specialist is responsible for the administration and support of our PS management systems that our back-office support teams will use to create quotes for work through to administering revenue recognition. This will include operation of a variety of systems, tools, and reports in conjunction with processes and policies allowing the teams to be more productive and efficient in delivery of services.

What You’ll Do:

  • Administration and operation of Epicor systems, tools, reporting, and approvals.
  • Compile’s data and assists with analytics and reporting.
  • Provides help, support, and guidance to the global PS community on PS systems & tools.
  • Gathers business requirements used for design, improvement and configuration of systems and assists in communication of policy, process, and programs to support Professional Services growth strategies.
  • Works cross functionally with other teams including Sales, Finance, Sales operations, Pricing, Marketing, Consulting Operations, IT and Dev. to resolve issues and ensure smooth outcomes, flows and excellence in customer experience for internal and external customers.
  • Work as part of a core global team, managing change control and support continuous improvement initiatives, and the governance, compliance and audit of PS systems and tools.
  • Trains and executes on other tasks, activities and processes that become owned by Prof. Services at any interval.
  • Develop and Maintain systems documentations, training material and related end user documentation and assist with on-boarding activities.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 2+ years of working experience working in a Project Management Office (PMO) or similar project environment supporting systems like Salesforce CRM or other Professional Automation Tools (PAT).
  • Must be extremely confident working with different computer systems, packages or tools eg CRM, ERP, Finance systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Highly organized and methodical in your approach to work, you are thorough and detailed orientated with high levels of accuracy.
  • Must enjoy working with systems, data, and processes.
  • Analytical, you will be able to see the bigger picture and help support the system delivery, processes, and improvements.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle ever changing priorities.
  • Self-starter you are self-motivated and can work independently as well as in a team to within a matrix environment, working to agreed timelines and goals.
  • A solid team player with the ability to establish and maintain positive rapport with internal and external customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to put customers at the heart of what you do; you excel in delivering world class customer experience and customer service.
  • Excellent English language skills both verbal & written. Communicating with clarity; actively engaging and contributing to discussions and conversations.
  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

  • Experience using Financial Force or similar Professional Automation Tools
  • Experience with Sales tools like Apttus CPQ, or Business Intelligence, or reporting tools
  • Working in a Consulting Team environment, supporting internal systems
  • Hands-on projects experience as a subject matter expert or super-user in a support system setting.
