About the Role:
Epicor is seeking a Procurement Consultant to support and lead the execution of sourcing engagements including, but not limited to; SaaS Software and Professional Services, for the Finance, Corporate Operations and Accounting organizations or IT and Product Development organizations. Success will be measured based on ability to learn quickly, prioritize effectively, deliver value, keep commitments, and provide high level service to stakeholders. The position will directly interact and make recommendations up to VP level on a regular basis. Close interaction and coordination with the internal business partners is required. The position will be based in Austin, TX, Minneapolis, MN, Solon, OH or Lehi, UT.  Hybrid work model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote

What You’ll Do:
Partner with business owners on procurement and supplier strategy, negotiations, contract management
Efficiently conduct supplier negotiations via process driven methodologies (i.e. RFI, RFP, RFQ)
Review and negotiate and various agreement types on Epicor and 3rd party paper
Including: master agreements, statements of work (time & materials, fixed fee, milestone-based agreements), order forms, addendums, NDAs
Quantify and calculate financial benefits of negotiations 
Create and present summary level results to Directors and above 
Leverage technology solutions to execute standard procurement procedures including intake, workflow and management of tasks, record keeping and contract lifecycle management

What You Need to Succeed:
Strong command skills with passion for negotiation, building capabilities, and extracting value 
Multi-tasking skills to prioritize sourcing categories, suppliers, and initiatives simultaneously
Interpersonal and analytical skills to act as an effective change agent
Communication and persuasion skills to effectively influence global team decisions
Ability to manage initiatives in ways that build relationships and trust internally and externally
Confidence in leading cross-functional teams and weekly meetings toward solutions
Comfort in creating and delivering presentations up to c-level executives
Eagerness to learn, build relationships and drive effective change

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart: 
3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement 
Sales or project management can substitute for direct procurement experience
Advanced expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required
Sales, Project management and six sigma experiences are differentiators
