About the Role:

The Product Manager, Associate supports several initiatives across Epicor’s products by assisting Product Managers in delivering superior user experiences to the customers.


What You’ll Do:

  • Get to know our existing products, and help review customer issues/asks, suggest work arounds. If none exist, analyze how to enhance existing products. Prepare ROI and rationale to develop new features.
  • Understand user patterns, and usage – see how to deprecate old features as well to reduce burden on maintaining old code.
  • Learn App Studio and Functions, to become the expert in extending our product – guide customers & partners when they have questions on extending our products.
  • Assists with the development of the Product Roadmap, and work with product managers to ensure that the proposed features get developed and delivered successfully
  • Support Product & Customer Advisory Board discussions, understand some Cloud Migration issues
  • Ensure that Product Launch is successful and stakeholders such as Support, Professional Services, Partners and others are ready to implement and make customers referenceable



What You Need to Succeed:

  • Knowledge of how Supply Chains work - 1+ years applicable experience in managing user expectation, working with development to build out usable features in one or more of the areas mentioned above
  • Ability to analyze and write out user stories or epics – Agile/SCRUM knowledge, Jira experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting needs and requests.
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • High school diploma.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in computer science, data sciences, or relevant fields
