About the Role:

Our cloud-based business solutions are experiencing radical growth and innovation. We are seeking a talented, high-energy Product Manager with SaaS expertise and integration technology know-how to join one of the most strategic and dynamic product management teams at Epicor. This influential leader will drive the roadmap of our integration technology and migration strategies. You will work closely with a team of technology architects, engineers, Cloud Ops, Sales, Support, and other functional leaders throughout Epicor, to create compelling customer experiences.  There is no better time to help customers take advantage of the power of cloud-based technologies.

As a Sr Product Manager your responsibilities will include understanding customer requirements, creating and executing the integration and migration product strategy and roadmaps to deliver features that maintain our visionary status.  Working with marketing and sales to enable new cloud-based functionality across various global regions and being a product evangelist internally and externally.

What You’ll Do:

  • Helps to orchestrate strategic direction and priorities for cloud-based integration technology.
  • Understands the migration requirements and thoughtfully maps the strategic direction for organizations to move from on-premises systems to modern, cloud-based technologies
  • Prioritizes product enhancements and customer requests.
  • Collaborates with other functional key stakeholders.
  • Assists in evaluating and updating pricing models based on customer value (ROI) analysis for modules
  • Gathers and prioritizes the products, services, and requirements.
  • Analyzes potential partner relationships for specific products and manages current partner relationships.
  • Mentors other team members.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Experience in cloud software industry and ERP systems preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in strategic planning and business case development.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passion for and ability to understand customer needs and deliver great solutions. A track-record for building software that is easy to use with exceptional user experience.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and prioritization skills. Ability to create a winning roadmap to achieve business goals while making difficult trade-off decisions.
  • Accountable – must embody a strong sense of responsibility for the timely completion of tasks, as well as the responsibility to ensure a shared understanding of shared tasks.
  • Communicative – excellent interpersonal and group facilitation skills including the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and personality types. Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Assertive – not afraid to be a voice of reason and authority. Willing to hold teams accountable to vision and values.

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

  • 5+ Years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
  • 2+ Years of specialized/industry experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in relatable field
