Associate Product QA Developer

About the Role:

The Product QA Developer, Associate executes manual test cases. This position also provides feedback on the products being tested and works closely with Product Development to resolve product quality issues.

What You’ll Do:

  • Test for overall quality, accuracy, functionality and performance.
  • Working closely with Development and Product Management teams, assist in the design of features for baseline and custom software development.
  • Analyze, test, and evaluate software to ensure all products meet end-user and Company requirements and standards.
  • In conjunction with Product Management and Development, assist in the design of features and functionality.
  • Work with Support and other technical staff to analyze and resolve product related issues. As a team member, help formulate solutions to complex problems and work to resolve open software issues.
  • Document work.
  • Write testing plans.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Strong technical skills and logic required.
  • Knowledge of SQL, C# and/or Powerbuilder a strong plus.
  • Excellent academic record.
  • Prior experience testing applications for enterprise solutions strongly preferred.
  • Must have the ability and desire to look at software from the inside out.
  • Understanding of the principles and framework of Agile development (SCRUM)
  • Good English skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
