About the Role:

The Product QA Developer, Sr, designs, develops and implements test cases for the improvement of product quality. The position also performs inspections on products, analyzes data, identifies trends in errors and monitors quality issues.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop, modify, and execute software test plans.
  • Manage and maintain advanced manual/automation processes.
  • Manage metrics and advanced reporting techniques.
  • Analyze features and contribute to the design from the customer's perspective.
  • Partner across teams to support quality processes as a collaborative effort.
  • Mentor the team on process and product capabilities.
  • Actively participate in requirements reviews and provides recommendations (SME).
  • Estimate new software changes

 

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Experience developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans and procedures and establishing complete QA processes.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of QA tools and methodologies.
  • Extensive experience creating, maintaining, executing, and analyzing manual/automation test case results.
  • Proficiency in planning/estimating timelines for tasks and leading the team in meeting defined goals.
  • 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
  • 3+ years of test automation experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
