The Job:

As a Senior QA Engineer on our QA Team, you will help shape our world-class products by building the technology that powers them, building on our ERP application. We’re looking for someone who strives for quality, is a true craftsperson, and has deep experience in Testing with a clear focus on Software Quality Assurance, and Manual Testing. You will extend the framework of services that enable large complex applications with state-of-the-art techniques. You will continue to develop yourself constantly learning and applying best practices. 

What you will be doing:

Develop and enhance new and existing ERP Framework Services 
Enhance Epicor products 
Serve as a technical expert in the design, development, and testing of Query generation designer and tooling
Develop, maintain, and execute software test plans
Manage metrics and advanced reporting techniques
Analyze features and contribute to the design from the customer's perspective
Partner across teams to support quality processes as a collaborative effort
Independently own projects
Mentor the team on process and product capabilities
Actively participate in requirements reviews and provide recommendations
Estimate new software changes
Conduct and participate in peer reviews

You bring (most) of this!:

4+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge as a QA engineer or software tester
Experience developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures
Experience establishing complete QA processes
Extensive knowledge of QA tools and methodologies
Extensive experience creating, maintaining, and executing manual test cases and analyzing manual test case results
Ability to work independently and in a team; ability to lead a team
Proficiency in planning/estimating timelines for tasks and leading the team in meeting defined goals
Experience working in multi-tiered environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD)
Working knowledge of REST APIs as a developer or tester
