Job Summary:

The Professional Services Consultant for Grow participates in consulting engagements and assumes responsibility for performing implementation tasks and producing quality deliverables. Assists customers with learning best practices and skills necessary for success within the Grow platform. The incumbent will work with the client independently for short-term engagements with little supervision.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Implement new clients by helping them prep data and create dashboards
•Teach BI and Data best practices to ensure long-term success
•Manage client relationships and expectations during implementation by resolving issues, helping troubleshoot, answering questions and concerns, training on new products and features, etc.
•Work independently on smaller projects
•Interact with members of cross-functional teams
•Meet utilization targets and complete project deliverables on time

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Customer-centric, results-oriented, self-starter, and able to work independently
•Ability to think analytically, to evaluate and solve complex and unique customer problems
•Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills, including virtual presentations
•Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
•Confidence to make recommendations to clients 
•Attention to detail as you work on multiple projects concurrently for different clients

Qualification:

•Previous Data Analysis experience
•Previous use of a Business Intelligence Tool (Grow, Tableau, Power BI, Domo, etc.)
•Previous consulting, customer support, or account management experience preferred
•Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

Extras:

•Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and manufacturing accounting concepts
•Knowledge of SQL, Salesforce, and API Connections (HubSpot, Shopify, Google Analytics, etc.)
