ERP - Professional Service Senior Consultant

The Professional Services Consultant, Sr takes the leadership role in consulting engagements and assumes responsibility for performing implementation tasks and producing quality deliverables. Drives implementation deliverables and assist the Project Manager with organizing and controlling tasks within the work plan.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interact with members of cross-functional teams.
  • Assist Project Manager in determining direction, timelines, schedules and activities for an area of the project.
  • Establish solid working relationships throughout the Epicor and Customer organizations.
  • Possess accurate estimating skills for various project tasks.
  • Ensure all deliverables in area of responsibility is delivered on time and on budget.
  • Perform training and knowledge sharing with peers.
  • Perform customer core team training.
  • Keep up on skill / certifications for new or enhanced products.

 

Skills That Could Set You Apart:

  • Ability to meet utilization targets and completes project deliverables on time.
  • Project management skills and strong technical background are required.
  • Ability to perform work plans, identify resource requirements, establish priorities for available resources and monitor the performance of project tasks.
  • Customer centric, results oriented, self-starter and able to work independently.
  • Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills, including virtual presentations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge across industry verticals.
  • Ability to travel up to 100% to client sites.
  • Experience in implementing software projects in Manufacturing (MES/MRP).
  • Experience in Consulting.
  • Business Process Mapping ,Software as a Service (SaaS) ,Business Process Analysis, Requirements Management and Stakeholder Management

 

Qualification 

  • 5 years applicable manufacturing and/or ERP experience, and/or demonstrated success/knowledge 
  • 3 years of consulting experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
