About the Role:

The Professional Services Consultant participates in consulting engagements and assumes responsibility for performing implementation tasks and producing quality deliverables. Assists aligned Project Manager with organizing and controlling tasks within the work plan. Incumbent will work with the client on an independent basis for short-term engagements with little supervision.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work independently on projects for our ECLIPSE Platinum EDI managed service offering.
  • Fully manage EDI Implementations (installs, map writing, map setup, testing, production, troubleshooting for assigned Platinum accounts.
  • Interact with members of cross-functional teams.
  • Identifies issues and risks and reports to Team Lead for suggested direction.
  • Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and anticipate issues or conditions that may impact production dates.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required.
  • 2+ years development experience with any programming language required.
  • Customer centric, results oriented, self-starter, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to meet utilization targets and completes project deliverables on time.
  • Ability to perform work plans, identify resource requirements, establish priorities for available resources, and monitor the performance of project tasks.
  • Strong organizational, project management and time management skills (Project Management certification is not required).

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain/distribution concepts a plus.
