Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for assisting customers in the Prepare, Plan, Design, Validate, and Deploy phases of implementation for the Epicor BisTrack product.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Project Manage approximately 8-10 implementations
• Responsible for high utilization (65%) and customer satisfaction
• Build project plans and schedule resources
• Provide best practice Project Management Monitor and Control coaching to customers
• Prepare and use management deliverables (Project Plan, Project Change Requests and Project Lists, etc.) to conduct the Project Perform Weekly customer status calls
• Maintain regular contact with the Client Project Champion, providing the status of project progress Provide Project Risk Analysis to customer
• Notify the Client Executive Sponsor and the Client Project Manager of non-resolvable issues and submit recommendations to resolve them
• Ensure project plans and work products are based on approved and agreed-upon requirements
• Track the status of deliverables and any decisions made regarding Project Change Requests and outstanding issues
• Champion and adhere to corporate solution implementation methodology
• Assist with development of Project Management disciplines as required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 

• Proven success in software project implementation and deployment
• Experience in managing stakeholders and demonstrated ability to manage project risk
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfort with traveling up to 40-50%

• BisTrack application experience required
• 5+ years software implementation experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Project Management or equivalent work experience
• PMP Certification or the ability to obtain PMP certification within the first 12 months in the position
• Must be on central, eastern or mountain standard time zone

Salary Range: 50,000 - 140,000
