Renewal Representative
The Renewal Representative is responsible for contacting and building relationships with existing customers to secure a license/product renewal. Responsible for providing sales forecasts, obtaining quotes, performing customer research online and updating/maintaining records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Job responsibilities:
- Achieves quota by ensuring license/product renewal accuracy and cross functional entitlement for customer support.
- Provides product renewal date and pricing details to the customer in advance to ensure timely renewal.
- Works within an established territory within the EMEA region with both customer and partners.
- Analyzes customer feedback to capture customer product expectations, experience, satisfaction and abandonment propensity in the CRM system.
- Builds and maintains a positive relationship with customers and internal teams.
- Works with other teams such as Sales Operations to ensure customer requirements are met.
What you will likely bring:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of a CRM system
- Ability to learn and apply strong product knowledge.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English - both verbally and in writing.
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
