About the Role:

The Sales Enablement Consultant is responsible from providing the sales organization with innovative information, content, expertise and tools to help the sales team sell more effectively using expert industry knowledge. Acts as a lead and a resource to the sales team.  They work closely with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure that all departments are aligned and that initiatives are focused on increasing sales.

What You’ll Do:

·       Develop Content, Collateral and Execute Programs to support Enablement and Onboarding

·       Creates and delivers content, information and tools to prepare sellers to deliver on Epicor business goals including building customer relationships, identifying customer needs, how company products and services can meet customer needs and capturing opportunities within their accounts

·       Create Learning Journeys within our LMS for our Sales Professionals

·       Drive certification and accreditation across our sales community

·       Document tech stack processes to ensure sales is getting the most out of our tools

·       Work with teams to plan onboarding of new sales professionals

·       Uses sales metrics to identify and quantify effective sales strategies

·       Continuously evaluates and deploys new and improved deployment methods

·       Collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Operations and other teams to create content and track and measure operations and performance

What You Need to Succeed:

·       Experience of working with Enterprise software in an international company environment

·       Can operate at the executive level to deliver positive outcomes for all parties

·       Ability to work multiple projects simultaneously

·       Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles, and of a wide range of training methods, techniques, and formats

·       Knowledge of curriculum development and preparation procedures

·       Experience with similar tech stack software such as Microsoft office 365, SFDC, Clari, Highspot, and Airtable.

·       Ability to travel

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

·       3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge

·       Specialized/industry experience

·       Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
