About the Role:

The Account Manager, Sr is responsible for selling Epicor products and services to existing customers and new prospects in an assigned territory. Keeps up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well the competitive posture of the company. Acts as a sales representative for existing customer accounts.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Generates new business in new accounts and expands footprint in existing customers
  • Develops and manages relationships within our existing customers
  • Manages complex sales-cycles and presents to executive level customers Epicor products and services
  • Learns about the industry, competitors, and products to propose innovative solutions
  • Coordinates cross-functionally within and outside of the sales team
  • Develops account plans and drives measured outcomes against set goals
  • Travels to customer locations in support of sales efforts

 

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Proven track record of sales success in the software industry
  • Excellent communication skills with executive level stakeholders; expert written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to interact predominantly with senior leadership
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage time and stay organized
  • Strong attention to detail and process oriented
  • Experience with SalesForce preferred

 

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

  • 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
  • 2+ years of specialized/industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
