Description & Requirements
- Coach and mentor PS Consultants, ensuring consistent and high service delivery standards.
- Interact with members of cross-functional teams.
- Assist the Project Manager in determining direction, timelines, schedules, and activities for an area of the project.
- Establish solid working relationships throughout Epicor and Customer organizations.
- Possess accurate estimating skills for various project tasks.
- Ensure all responsibility deliverables are delivered on time and on budget.
- Perform training and knowledge sharing with peers.
- Perform customer core team training.
- Keep up on skill/certifications for new or enhanced products.
- Obtain a certain level of certification in an area outside of core competency.
- Experience in Manufacturing & Operations is required
- Experience in ERP Consulting within Epicor Kinetic is required.
- Ability to meet utilization targets and complete project deliverables on time
- Project management skills and strong technical background are required
- Ability to perform work plans, identify resource requirements, establish priorities for available resources and monitor the performance of project tasks
- Customer-centric, results-oriented, self-starter, and able to work independently.
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills, including virtual presentations.
- Expertise in all core modules of the software
- Demonstrated knowledge across industry verticals
- Ability to travel up to 25-40%
- 7+ years of applicable manufacturing, supply chain, and/or manufacturing accounting experience, and demonstrated success/knowledge
- 5+ years of consulting experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Ongoing technical certifications to keep up with the industry
