Professional Services Project Manager:

The Profesional Services Project Manager acts as a functional & technical lead in planning, organizing, managing, and delivering client projects.

What you will be doing:

• Provide guidance to the project team through proactive training, sharing knowledge, and communicating best practices.

• Provide creative and high-quality solution leadership, ensuring effective execution of project delivery, financials, and client satisfaction.

• Design, develop, and manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and scope.

• Ensure that project plans and work products are based on approved and agreed-upon requirements.

• Regularly distribute and present key data and strategies highlighting the progress and status of projects.

• Manage project risks and proactively create mitigation strategies.

• Influence and drive project/engagement direction with members of cross-functional teams.

• Responsible for enterprise-wide sized projects.

What you'll bring:

• Superior organizational, project management, and time management skills.

• Customer-centric, results-oriented, self-starter, and able to work independently.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• Ability to manage expectations and establish a solid working relationship with Senior Management and executives

• Leadership skills

• May work at client site from time to time.

• Ability to travel up to 35%

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge

• 2+ years of specialized/industry experience

• High school diploma

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

Extras:

• PMP Certification (not required)

• Can be a member of a steering committee
