About the Role: 

The Marketing Technology Project Manager is responsible for auditing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and migrating all marketing technology components from newly acquired organizations as we integrate them into our existing Epicor stack. This includes initial audits, comparative tech assessments, migration planning, and support/maintenance.  


What You’ll Do: 

Work with Marketing Leadership, IT, Finance, and Sales Operations to gain understanding of all technology touchpoints for acquired orgs, and then cohesively determine the best go forward strategy 

Dive into newly acquired organizations and assess their technology stacks, make consolidation recommendations, and build a project plan to see migration to completion 

Understand downstream workflows associated with each of our acquired marketing technology interactions 

Determine ownership between systems as well as field ownership and workflows within SFDC 

Keen project management skills to ensure projects are kept on time, involved with the correct teams/groups, and agreed on by all business units throughout entire project lifecycle  

Ability to communicate across multiple teams and departments to bring them together to complete projects 


What You Need to Succeed: 

Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms, such as SFMC, Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, etc. 

Knowledge of SFDC and general lead capture processes and workflows 

Familiarity with digital marketing tools, such as content management systems, website chat programs, campaign automation platforms, etc. 

Ability to map Marketing Technology along top of funnel capabilities 

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools 



Additional Skills / Experience That Could Set You Apart: 

5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge 

High school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
